Getting to Know Dr. Tanya from in8love wellness
At In8love Wellness, we believe that healing goes beyond adjustments and treatments itโs about the people who care for you and the philosophy they bring into every session. Thatโs why we love sharing more about our incredible team. Today, weโre highlighting Dr. Tanya, whose unique journey into chiropractic care and passion for whole-body healing inspires everything she does.
Q: What inspired you to become a chiropractor?
A: I always knew I wanted to be a doctor and care for people. My original plan was to become a pediatrician. But during high school, I was in a serious car accident that led me to see a chiropractor. That experience introduced me to chiropractic philosophy and the โGreen Books,โ which are the foundational texts of the profession.
A year or two later, I was diagnosed with cervical dysplasia, which are pre-cancerous cells. I remembered what that chiropractor had told me about the connection between the low back and reproductive health. After receiving adjustments and changing my diet under her guidance, my next Pap smear came back normal. That moment completely shifted my path and confirmed that I was meant to become a chiropractor.
Q: How would you describe your approach to care?
A: My approach is deeply intuitive. I believe emotional and physical health are connected, and real healing only happens when we address both. Adjustments, acupuncture, and physical therapies help the body, but emotional healing allows the whole person to thrive. My mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies and with source so they can step into their lifeโs true purpose. For me, itโs simple: I am here to serve, to give back to the planet, and to contribute to the well-being of humanity.
Q: What keeps you motivated and growing as a chiropractor?
A: Iโm always learning and expanding. I attend seminars, online courses, and technique workshops, especially through Life University and Schofield. Beyond professional training, I dedicate time to personal growth through reading and self-work. I believe that in order to help others heal, I need to stay aligned and balanced within myself.
Dr. Tanyaโs story is a reminder that true healing comes from addressing the body, mind, and spirit together. Her dedication to learning, growing, and serving ensures that every patient receives compassionate, intuitive care that supports their health and their lifeโs purpose. Weโre honored to have her on the In8love Wellness team and canโt wait for more of our community to experience her incredible approach.
