Wobble Disc

The Wobble Disc helps strengthen the muscles around the spine, adds flexibility to the low back as well as feeding spinal discs with nutrition!

To use the Wobble Disc, it must be placed on a seat that is stable and that allows your feet to touch the ground. Sit in the center of the Wobble Disc and SLOWLY move your hips forward and back for 30 seconds. Then, side to side for 30 seconds. Finally both clockwise and counter clockwise for 30 seconds each. This exercise should be done 5-7 times a day!
