Pro-Lordotic

Our Pro-Lordotic exercise helps to stretch out thinning degenerated discs, breaks up scar tissue and strengthens postural muscles of the neck. This exercise piece improves head posture and reduces chronic neck and and headaches.

When using our Pro-Lordotic you will want to stretch the bands fully forward in 3 directions: up, forward and down like referenced in the photos above. You will do one set with 10 repetitions for each direction.

When stretching your Pro-Lordotic upwards, you will fully extend your arms out, bring your head back during the stretch and hold for two seconds. Once those two seconds have ended, you will bring your arms back to your chest and you will bring your head back to a neutral state. You will do this 10 times in this direction.

When stretching your Pro-Lordotic forward, directly in front of you, you will fully extend your arms out, bring your head back during the stretch and hold for two seconds. Once those two seconds have ended, you will bring your arms back to your chest and you will bring your head back to a neutral state. You will do this 10 times in this direction.

When stretching your Pro-Lordotic downwards, you will fully extend your arms out, bring your head back during the stretch and hold for two seconds. Once those two seconds have ended, you will bring your arms back to your chest and you will bring your head back to a neutral state. You will do this 10 times in this direction.
