Halo Posture Head Weight

The Halo Posture Head Weight helps to strengthen, correct, and prevent head posture, as well as restore the normal cervical curve. The Halo Posture Head Weight also helps to reduce stress, lower back pain, and strain upon muscles!

To use the Head Weight, it must be placed in front of the forehead and wrapped around to the back of the head. It should be worn like a crown, with the weighted chambers over the forehead. Keep your head in a neutral position (Do not elevate or lower chin). You can sit, stand, or walk around while wearing the head weight.

How to use:

  • Use the Halo Posture Head Weight 3 times a day, no longer than 5-7 minutes at a time.

  • Implement this exercise during your daily activities (working from home, sitting at a desk, walking, watching tv).

  • Remember, the purpose of using this is as a workout. We are exercising your neck muscles in order to help support proper posture and a healthy cervical curve!
